Is it normal to move while playing video games?

Is it okay that I move while steering in racing games? Or is it normal that I subconsciously stand up while playing action games? I've never seen anyone else do it, or talk about it.

    Yeah of course it is. When I used to play the old Nintendo 64's I would inadvertently move my arms around trying to get the characters on the screen to move with me period I think that's why Nintendo invented the Nintendo Wii
