This is not normal. If the doctors and therapists you're seeing now aren't helping you maybe you need to see someone else. Maybe you need pills? My advice would be to just stop. You're a human being not a wild animal, so exhibit some self-control and just stop. It will suck at fist when you're in withdrawal but it will become easier.
