You didn't state your age, but anyway, the important things are 1) do you want to do it all those times, or can't you stop? 2) do you neglect your responsibilities for it? If the answer to either question is yes, than you're obsessed, and you need to deal with your problem.
I don't think it's an obsession because i frequently go with my family to hotels etc and i can't do it with someone around so i can hold it as long as i want and it doesn't bother me at all ! It's that once it starts i can't stop !!! I'm almost 18 btw :)

Than perfectly normal for your age, what with racing hormones. You'll grow out if it soon, and start to explore your sexuality with females.
