Im a 19 yr old guy and every night I have to masturbate or else I wont be able to fall asleep. If I try to go to sleep without jacking off then I just lay there feeling the urge to get up and masturbate. I have been doing this almost every night for about 2-3 years now. I also have to watch porn to masturbate. Is this normal?

    perfectly normal to masturbate and watch porn before you go to sleep. If you wake up in the mooring with an erection, just masturbate again
