Is it normal to make yourself throw up every once in a while?

  • Advice: take 2 teaspoons of epsom salt and 8oz of water and stir it up and drink it through a straw, Wait 30min to 6 hours and prepare to go to the BATHROOM within that time period. You welcome! Its way more healthier then throwing up and it makes you feel great! I am super afraid of throwing up, I think its gross. But sometimes my stomach feels bloated and My body feel weighted down so it makes me want to stop eating. Instead what you should b doing this time is drink loads of water and eat fresh fruits and veggies. That would help u feel much better and u will actually lose a lot of weight that way. But it would b a healthy weight lost and mostly water weight and waste will be lost. Goodluck!
