There are many more healthy ways to lose weight. Even if you do manage to get to a target weight this way, your body will be in poor shape and you'll still feel bad. You need to be sculpting the right body with exercise, not trying to hollow one out by starving yourself.
You should talk to a doctor because what you're doing is not healthy.
Eating disorders are neurologically rooted. You cant just tell someone with an ed to do it the healthy way. They are very well aware of how to do things the healthy way, I assure you. And usually experts on it since they are so obsessed with weight loss. It usually has a lot more to do with control than weight loss. That is just the one thing they feel they have control over. That's why even anorexics who are severely underweight still want to lose more.
