Is it normal to make your partner sign a contract to have sex?

so if the guy just wants to get his rocks off, he can make his partner sign this contract to say that he wont take responsibility should she get pregnant and she cant take him to court for money or anything or if the girl makes the guy sign the contract and says that he has to take care of the kid should she get pregnant. or the contract says that the girl MUST get an abortion or adopt it out so neither party is responsible. is it normal that i think this is a good idea? would anyone sign a contract like this? i guess its like a pre-nup to protect the guy from having everything taken away from him when the chick leaves him and takes everything even though she didnt bring anything financial into the relationship at all. is this normal?

Anyone that signs a contract for sex must be ugly as fuck and other than a contract, has no chance of getting laid

    no.

if you want sex without strings get a prostitute.

or use birth control and understand that you are responsible for what your sperm does even if you don't like it

since the OP was writing about guys this was directed towards men.

But yes girls can have sperm. ... inserted into them at least. ;-)

as for female responsibility that of course exists too. you both share responsibility. i do not believe in signing that away because frankly it wouldn't hold up in a court anyway i'm betting so... before you sign something like that understand that it doesn't actually mean it will absolve you of responsibility

This is a MUCH more realistic and legitimate idea than the whole "financial abortion" bullshit poll a while back.

This seems quite fair to me, if handled correctly, and could very likely help solve a lot of problems. I like it.

Though I don't like the idea of signing such a contract. I think as long as both parties give genuine consent - I guess whatever floats their boat.

I agree with Angel, it takes two to get a girl pregnant and if it an accident (highly unlikely if you are both using precautions), then you are both responsible not just her.

Basically be an adult and if you don't want to get a girl pregnant don't rely on her using contraception, but use it yourself.
