Of course 90% of the people on a site called "is it normal" are going to be asking questions normal people find absurd.
If that's the case, then we could reasonably expect a greater variety of voices from the margins. That said, I suspect there's a problem with the approval of posts, and that only a narrow range of topics get approved, which contributes to the monotony of the site.
