I like to pretend I am having imaginary conversations with people I am not very close to, when I used to be a child I will lie to my friends about things like having a cool fabulous life when I actually didn't like it that much, I guess when we speak it we feel better. But I think you shouldn't share each thought because people may find out and think you are a liar. But according to me your experience is relatable.
is it normal to make people I know into imaginary friends?
