Why does she live with you? Are her parents abusive? If she is so submissive, that may suggest that she's used to being forced into doing things.
I think you should stop, regardless if she likes it or not. Be more of a friend and less of a controller. If it turns out that she actually just wants you, then go wild, but she definitely sounds like she has more problems then you know of/are telling us. This stage of her life could be scarring.
