Is it normal to make characters of the opposite gender?

I've always preferred to make characters in either stuff I write or in video games female. It hasn't got anything to do with like sex or kinks, I'm just better at designing female characters. Is that weird?

    Oh absolutely. Me too.

    I can't make a male character look as awesome or anything most of the time but I'm really well at designing and dressing female ones.
