I believe this rule was listed in the guidelines somewhere. I guess no one reads them anyhow. No, its not normal to keep a troll account and a real account. I don't see the point in trolling people.
I see a lot of trolls here. They randomly go to people and say "You are ugly, You are stupid, will you have sex with me, touch my penis" and nonsense like that on completely unrelated to the post.
I don't see whats so funny about being an obnoxious twat. Its very obvious when many people here troll and its just like swatting away flys that don't seem to want to buzz off. That is what you are a fly.
It is sometimes funny when they make funny jokes on post and leave smart ass comments. However it seems pretty immature to make one just for the sake of harassing and insulting people. It just shows you have no life and you are probably a lonely insecure loser that likes to fuck with people online to make himself/herself feel better. It even makes you less than a real bully. Since a real bully at least has enough guts to harass you face to face unlike your weak little behind.
