I had this very situation happen. A date took me to a party hosted by his best friend a couple of years ago. The minute I met his friend it was just BAM! Insane chemistry we had to have each other. I know he felt exactly the same way there was literally sparks when we shook hands.
It is just animalistic and quite shocking how intense the attraction can be.
Stay away from her and get yourself in check. You work with this woman. Don't even think about it.
Oh crap she approached me today, she had that look in her eye so it was obvious she felt the same thing, maybe. I touched her hand and held it while I talked to her hand and she held mine too.
We exchanged numbers and made plans to see each other this coming weekend. I'm nervous and scared but excited.
I cannot help you. What part of stay away did I not make clear? You are about to ruin your marriage. Planning to see her is planning trouble. Life as you know it is about to get very weird. Good luck. Ignore my advice at your peril foolish man!
On the one hand I can't say I blame you...my Mary was my irresistible person. It was unmistakable and undeniable attraction at first sight. Like you I was married too but Mary was not my coworker. Even still had she been I'd probably still do the same.
On the other hand, its simply not worth it. If she is 'the one' get rid of the wife and at least one of you change jobs. Being with 'the one' is worth it...so before you make that step, think.
