Have you tried to figure out the root cause of this sudden change? Have there been more changes besides sex?
What gets me is you repeat how narcissistic and spoiled she is when you're upset, but then flip it to how okay with it you are when questioned. Yet, even though her flaws were there, sex was still frequent before marriage. So... how is it the problem now? It leads me to believe you have no idea what's making your wife behave like this even though you say the marriage is strong.
Then you say when you complain to her, and the sex is better for a few days and then goes back to being scarce, it sounds like she's pulling away for some reason...
But hey like you implied, maybe you did marry a spoiled ass brat who only thinks of herself.
