Go with the 2nd one, cause if you ever truly loved your first one, you would of never have fallen for the 2nd one.

10 years is a long time! You could go with the 2nd one and find out that he isn't what you thought he was and loose the 10 year relationship. Energy is right in a sense though but you are probably bored and need to spice things up with your current man. If you can't then it's probably time to move on.
