I do the same exact thing! I'm 18 and I'm obsessed with the satin around blankets. I have a specific baby blanket with satin edges that I sleep with every night basically since birth. I like to rub it between my fingers or toes to calm me down as a sense of security. I didn't realize that other people did the same thing! When I moved schools I was under a lot of stress and anxiety so I cut a little piece of the satin and fabric to make a little "blanket" that I could keep in my pocket or backpack so I could rub it between my fingers to keep myself calm during school.I can go days with out it, but I would prefer to have it with me at least when I sleep. Who knew(-:
