I prefer to rub on my pillow case. I been doin it since I was born with a blanket that had silk edges. My dad does it to but he uses silk. (I heard its genetically passed down) Silk is to slippery for me though. I suckle on my tounge as I'm rubbing Also. I can't stop. I do is so much it causes calluses on my fingers. It puts me in a daze and helps me fall asleep. I love the sound of it and the sight of my pillow case, which is shredded from rubbing on it so much. I'm addicted & I don't know why. It just feels so good. I recently found out it causes short term memory also. (Something to do with chemicals in the brain) But i don't care it's not like I'm ever going to stop. I tried it didn't work :) btw does any one suck on their tounge while doing it too?
Yes I do, whilst rubbing the satin fabric through my fingers.. I have control over the rubbing, but find myself doing the tongue thing even when I don't have any silk textures in my hands :) I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!

Omg me too! Especially in a public place or around people I don't run but my tounge will suck by its self
