Theres a girl who I like so much. She makes me happy every time we chat. Unfortunately my parents doesn't seem to like her. Because of this rebel against my parents every time they say negative comments about her. I value her more then my life. I always felt that I'd rather die than to live a life without her by my side. Is loving someone too much normal?
All I can tell you is you need to ask her out - straight up. If your parents don't like her - then that's their problem. If you keep waiting though, she will get away and it'll happen in a way that makes you feel like someone upstairs likes to watch you suffer - and you'll regret it forever and probably always think about it.
If you ask her out and she says no you be in intense pain. But you'll heal in time.
I know from experience - there was a girl who I loved for about 3 years at the time - but she was away from me in HS at the time and I kept telling myself that I'd call her and ask her out when everything was right. I waited and then she got a boyfriend just a few months before she coincidentally ended up in a college class with me. The situation ended up really bad with me spilling my guts and being told it was because she had a boyfriend and it was my fault for waiting.
I now have panic attacks and have been on antidepressants and it's been more than a year now. I also moved far away from her.
Learn from my mistake.
loving someone so much is normal, i would just ignore your parents and say "look, i'm in love, and i'm happy. ACCEPT IT!!" my parents hated my girlfriend. i told them to basically F**K off and leave my love life alone.. they like her now and there happy i found someone. u should tell them to give her a chance.
