Any guy can make you feel loved. It sounds like you're young. I say this is normal and that you could probably do well without him. If he loved you, he'd consider how you feel and that he can't give you what you want since he's out of the country. If it was at least a year since you've been together, I'd understand why you'd stay with him. If you had stayed with him that long, you'd probably not feel the way you do. Chances are, you don't really love him.
