im the same dude but iv got the best way to having nightmares iv done it before and it works for me
ge a piece of paper draw eyes on it (pupils and so on) make the eye colour red and leave the rest of the eyes white like normal peoples and then after you have filled the whole paper with eyes colour the whole background black
so that the only colours on the paper are red black and white

black+white+red=colour of death
