    Idk but I felt the need to say this even though it’s irrelevant to this post. I live with disgusting roommates and just discovered that our kitchen is infested with fucking maggots. And if I don’t clean it, no one else will, but I’m moving out before the end of the year so it’s not my fucking problem. I’m done cleaning up after three grown ass men. Just because I’m the only woman in the house doesn’t mean I’m going to clean up after you all. Enjoy the maggots when I leave. Sorry rant over.

      In the present day, haha, present time, you can have 13 of my hens to help with the maggot problem.

      They'd be delighted to serial eat up those wormies.

    I don't let my bread get to that state. I hate seeing food wasted. If it's getting close to expiring I usually find a way to put it to use.

      You could always feed it to ducks or other birds before it gets too old. Or maybe a homeless person if there’s no mold on it yet :)

        I usually just make a bunch of stuffing, or bread pudding, or sandwiches, etc and then I eat it or serve it to my loved ones.
