Yeah, I have a real life (non-online) girlfriend now and I'm generally very happy with my relationship with her. My current IIN crush is something I'm not too worried about right now, because I'm happy :)
With the guy you have feelings for, I think all you can do is keep contact with him and see how things go in his relationship. Make sure you keep your eyes open for other people too though, because there's no use in directing your attention solely onto someone unavailable.
