One day when I was in market, I saw a girl at cloths shop, I fall in true love with her. From that day I regularly go to market just only to see her, sometimes I successfully made eye contact but never said her. Can you guys suggest me what to do?

But you could love them from what you know about them. I thought you can love and not just lust if you know things about them besides their looks or superficial qualities, and you can fall in love with them from what you know, you would know how they are as a person and love them for that. They just obviously couldn't love you back because they wouldn't know you. That's what I'd thought anyways.
It's not love, it's infatuation or lust. Lots of people confuse the two.
Based on nothing more than her appearance, you've leapt to all sorts of conclusions about the person she is. If you think about it, you know that makes no sense. For all you know, she could be a truly horrible person who's very good at displaying a pleasant face in public. There are lots of people like that in the world.
If you want anything to happen, you have to figure out some vaguely plausible reason to speak to her.
