  • Yes its normal. when you sleep you lose a certain amount of weight. If you lose up to 4 a day and next gain up to 4 its probably water weight. I would notice I lose up to 4 a day after I slept and than later would gain it back. However if you are losing MASSIVE amounts than its probably not normal. Though that is assuming your not training since if you start training and do exercise sometimes your metabolism speeds up and you might start losing weight quicker since you burn more.
