  • Try doing different things until you find some thing you like to do you could find a new hobby to occupy your time, something to look forward to. If you're lucky maybe even get a job that involves something you like. This might sound harsh but just sitting around all day isn't gonna do anything for you. You need to get up and find a passion. You
might even meet some friends that share a common interest.

I also recommend talking to a psychiatrist to help you find the holes in your life and fill them. Therapy might be scary to do because no one wants to have something 'wrong' with them but it really helped me when i was depressed.

I hope this helps and you learn to enjoy life.

    • I should say I don't sit around all day doing nothing, I'm in my third year of college doing creative multimedia. My exams start tomorrow and because I haven't technically passed my 2nd year(work exp is left) my extreme pessimism has kicked in and this has made me not care if I pass or fail. I also do have hobbies. I do notice that when I'm around people the "depression" isn't so bad but still present.
