i know from personal experience that talking to a professional and seeing a psychiatrist for an antidepressant medication can go a long way. i don't know where you live, but alexian brothers in schaumberg, IL is known for their work in psychology. but any hospital can help you get the help you need. you are just going through a rough time, but things will get better. life can be rough but i promise, your time will come. it can be as simple as a chemical imbalance in your brain (which causes depression) which can be fixed with medication. hang in there and take care. best of luck :)
