I'm sorry but it's pretty harsh for a girlfriend to ask you to go on medication. Talk to a doctor, sure, but even then, she's still piling her dissatisfaction on an embarrassing issue and it's no wonder you've got nerves around this woman. Make sure she comes as much as she wants before intercourse and that she is comfortable using toys with you. If she's hassling you in spite of all this, personally I would not take such a person's needs very seriously.
