Is it normal to look for makeshift weapons during class

Sometimes when im bored in class i think about what can i use or combine in the classroom to use as a makeshift weapon incase a gunman walks through. Is it normal?

    I do that all the time !
    I also look around in search for food or clothes incase I had to run away due to zombie envisions.

    There was an episode on community where Betty White was a teacher for ancient weapons and she made a weapon that almost kill the soup guy. It was zoo funny and then she was arrested:(
