I think you should try to make it work if he is still into you. but if you think that he is in the relationship but doesnt want to be then i think you should break it off.
How can I tell if he is into me? The last time I was with him he said he was fine cause I was there but its when we go our separate ways what's hard for him. But he did say I am missing a few qualities so not sure if its me he doesn't like or the distance.

well you can either have a talk with him about it or you can look for sighns if he still likes you (idk sighns i suggest googling them)
