I think I do believe it in a way!
It's not just pretty girls he looks at but some that I would say are ugly or not his type.
He will say things like she shouldn't wear jeans like that with the size of her legs but he doesn't comment on pretty girls.
I don't think I believe it's a reflex thing though, I think he's done it for so long that now it's habit.
