Of all the thousands of similar questions that have shown up on IIN, this is the one with the most hate somehow. In direct answer to the question, it does sound a little unfair to judge someone by their feet but if a girl does take the time to make sure her feet are appealing then it would certainly give her some extra points and confidence.
As for the hate, whatever happened to "whatever floats your boat"? You can't just adopt the mentality of "Well I don't like it and lots of others don't like it so this is ridiculous." OP didn't even say anything about actually handling them and is probably just as put off by neglected feet as everyone else, including myself. Clean feet are fine and cause no harm though.
Is it normal to look at and rate random women's feet and toes?

I guess this is one of these questions that really depends on the respondents' view on what is normal..
Feet are not directly made to be an attractive part of the female body, which makes this question not normal.
However, considering the fact that many men still do find feet attractive or interesting it could also be seen as normal..
