Is it normal to live in 2 different worlds?

Usually when i go to sleep at night i think about what i have to do the next day like most people do... but then right before i fall asleep i transport myself into a different world. I am 18 and i haven't ever had a boyfriend or been in love, so in my dream world i have a boyfriend and i am madly in love and i have my own place and i can do whatever the hell i want, i can take a walk on the beach at 2am. not only do i think about this place before i go to sleep but i do it when i'm heating my food, taking my dog for a walk,when i travel around town, whenever i'm bored basically. i am the person i want to be in my dream world, i can dress nicely and i can wear high heels without my feet hurting ;) and i'm brave, i can do whatever the hell i want! does anyone else do this or is it just me ?

    This is perfectly normal. Most people create their own little universes inside their minds that they can zone out into. I myself occasionally imagine a world when I get really tired, and eventually my imagining becomes dreaming, which gives me even more freedom. Though this isn't exactly what you do it is essentially the same concept.

    You "transport" as in Astral Projection/OBE or "transport" as in you go to sleep and enter your dream world by those means?

      well I'm still awake but reality doesn't seem real any more, because I just left reality and gone into my dream world. I just zone out and start thinking, imagining another world.
