Don't worry hun you're normal. I'm about the same age as you and I still live at home. I'm still in university and while I have a part time job there is no way in hell I'd be able to afford to move out because there's bills and rent to pay etc.
I finish university next year so I do plan to move out of home within the next couple of years and yeah I'll probably end up renting and sharing with someone but that's the cheapest option for young people especially where I live in Sydney, Australia the price of living is very expensive. Sydney is actually one of the most expensive cities in the world to live in at the moment.
Is it normal? To live at home..
