  • Start off with one relatively small thing you don't like about yourself or your life and change that for the better, then build on that ....

    Cognitive Behavior Therapy would probably be a good thing to try because it teaches you how to change the self talk that's holding you back

      • Go on, give SOMETHING a go, I dare you! If you're only going to do things you KNOW will work out how you want them to, you're going to be stuck where you are for ever, which sounds pointless and boring and depressing.
