I may not be familiar with the male-male flirting protocol but this seems pretty obvious to me. This is far beyond what normal friends do, especially if its regularly occurring. The only time my friends and I ever bit each other was when we were trippin out of our minds and that was just funny, def nothing sexual. Theres def something between you two and you should probably figure it out.
