Well, just look up some tumblr blogs (not what I use) and venture around to see if you find anything interesting.
There is an android app called Amino that has a roleplay app to it that you could use to find people. Amino has everything on it. Make a kik, since that's where most people communicate through.
Also, most sites with chats, such as Mocospace(got to Japan or Gothic chat) or even FB(Look up rp pages), have those communities. Just have to search around a little.
