easiest way to move the conversation in the right direction is to tell her how you feel when you take a shit. everyone pretty much feels the same. if you make it about you and not her and she shares her own feelings it would not be very difficult to work it around to watching. Don't tell her you have been watching her. if you actually get to that point you can admit it later. it means sharing something that makes you vulnerable and allows her to share as well. Good luck!
