Is it normal to like this male teacher when i'm a male?

Okay i really am attracted to my science teacher. I'm bi by the way! Well I was see a big bulge in his pants or that he has a really big"you know what"! So what should I do? I can tell he's know that I am interested in him! And a couple of time I "accidentally" bumped into him and my hand touch his bulge from the outside of his pants and he smiled! :)
