I'm afraid you'd be in a small group my friend. Episode I is almost always vilified. Beyond that I would agree with you.
Have you heard about Disney (*vomit*) making a new Star Wars trilogy? I'm not sure what to make of it but it's great that my parent's generation grew up with Star Wars, I grew up with Star Wars, and now a new generation will grow up with Star Wars.
In many ways it's the myth of our time much like the tales of Loki and Jormungandr being recounted at the fire of some Norwegian village; it transmutes the ideals of the Western world into a parable to be retold time and again.
