Is it normal to like the pain felt after working out?

  • I think it's normal, because I often feel the same way after exercise. It's a pain that you know you have worked for. I can't say I love the feeling, but I do feel chuffed with myself after doing sit-ups until I can't physically move anymore. Although, I'm bummed out the next day when I've worked too hard that I have to rest for a day or two. So judging by what I have just said, I would say it's normal! Just try not to pull a muscle.
