Is it normal to like radio noise?

Whenever I'm working, relaxing, anything, I like listening to old radio stories or songs instead of something like Pandora. I don't really like the old music, but the old noise of radio static and the older microphones are comforting to me. It feels weird because it annoys my friends, and I'm not old enough to have heard of this radio in my childhood.

    I like those old radio sounds too. Always turn on the radio on my Pip-Boy.
