Try talking to your wife about getting healthy, sexy, etc. but let me tell you now, that if you are willing to cheat on your wife with her twin sister, then you have a problem in that you don't really love your wife. Even is your wife loses weight and gets sexy, that attraction will only be physical and once you find someone that looks better your eye will wander again. If her sister likes you back, then she's trashy, and if you have sex with her, just know that: she will cheat on you because someone who is willing to screw their twin sister's husband is just plain trashy.
