I guess it would happen a bit if they r identical and the situation was the same but they would both have different personalities and I'm guessing that's y u chose the one u married. If u love your wife I'd say stay away from the twin sister and maybe try help your wife to become healthier and look after herself more. Maybe do it together ( go for walks, eat healthy) and that way u can both spend quality time together while also looking after yourselves
