I'm not going to say whether I feel this is normal or not, because I believe we all have our desires and sometimes they are a bit on the strange or kinky side.
I just want to add a small tidbit to your fantasy and see where this takes us. Lets say, during all of the ruckus of you diapered and badly soiled someone took photos of you in your state (maybe even video). Then let say this information were forwarded to your boss, or lets say it surfaced when a prospective employer was considering whether to hire you, or not. I suspect this would also keep you from ever holding public office or from ever having any sort of executive position with pretty much any company.
So long as you keep it a fantasy you are safe, and it may be normal. But the moment you involve anyone else you loose control of who has access to this information and it has the power to profoundly affect your life forever.
