    Depends how often you're having them: ok to enjoy them but your body doesn't need them and frequent enemas can cause health problems

    I have an enema anytime I KNOW I'm going to be having anal sex (which is fairly regularly) and absolutely love it! I agree that it feels amazing, so I say normal!
