It's normal to like someone, but it isn't kind or decent to act on that if the other person is involved. However, he's the real bad guy here if he's flirting heavily with you while in a relationship. You're single and can follow your heart; he's the jerk who won't sack up and part ways with his current girlfriend to be with you.
That's assuming he's truly doing that. Are you 100 percent sure that he is into you? Looking at you, talking with you and adding you on FB aren't sure-fire indicators, especially if you're doing a little wishful thinking.
Honestly, if he's not single, it's better to leave him the hell alone. Either you're imagining his interest and intruding on some other woman's relationship, or he's genuinely interested and is a cheating cad. Either way, who needs that?
