I cannot say what's normal in this regard but I can definitely relate.
There less guilt in eating when you're body is clearly telling you it's hungry.
A lot of people don't even listen to their body's hunger signals and don't really know what hunger even feels like.
The only worry really would be if you liked hunger so much that you kept denying yourself and ignoring your hunger signals completely.
Is it normal to like feeling hungry?
