I've always enjoyed just cuddling with someone I'm in love with more than having sex. I'm a lesbian, so I don't know if that changes anyone's opinion on this, but I was cuddling with one of my camp counselors (who I had really strong feelings for) one evening over the summer and gazing into her eyes and the thought occurred to me that, had the attraction been mutual and she offered to have sex with me, I'd turn it down just so I could keep cuddling with her- that was honestly how happy I was. Is it normal to feel like this?

      Same (I'm a bisexual boy). I don't have a very high sex drive and cuddling feels more intimate, showing someone that you love them, not their body.

    So, yes, I like to do the same and I thought I was alone in this. People wonder why relationships after sex doesnt last. Its because there needs to be the gentle connection between two spirits in the heart not the genitals. You are speaking of a great example in this. Please do not think that this is bad, your stronger than any other to openly notice this...

    it's normal...for many girls. If anything the lesbian element works to your advantage since I don't know many straight boys who feel this way. That is not to say they don't like cuddling...but...it's not quite the same

    I love cuddling! I love to spoon in bed it's so comforting. I can just gaze in my honeys eyes and gently touch his fingertips and feel like I'm in heaven.

    I prefer to cuddle and caress all over than sex .. I even prefer to cuddle till i gett off without penetration .. This leaves very strong feelings of love ..

    i prefer to cuddle. and i'm a straight boy. then again i've only had sex while blackout drunk with people i didn't care about. when i go out i hug and kiss everyone i know, regardless of gender. i used to cuddle with boys too until i realized they just wanted to have sex with me...god i miss having a cat

    I'm a straight guy, but I'd rather have a good cuddle up with someone I really loved than sex with them. Never REALLY had either, so I'm not sure if that puts me in a good place to comment or a bad place. Cuddles are good ^_^
