Is it normal to like cold feet

I'm not sure why this is, but when my feet are hot I feel like I'm not alive. However when my feet are cold I feel like I can breathe.

Is It Normal?

    Bro I'm the opposite but whatever floats your boat! I hate cold feet cause then my feet fee dry but then again I am more perceptive of my surroundings so both work I guess = normal
