Same thing happened to me. It didn't work out. Physical attraction is NOT the most important thing in a relationship, but I can't see it working out if you find him totally repulsive. I could even get myself to kiss this guy because I didn't find him attractive at all, so obviously, it will probably get in the way of your relationship. But you never know, you should still give it a try!
